It is essential that all information is accurate and complete to speed up the process.

How will I recieve my refund?

Can I contact the Inland Revenue Department directly?

Yes.  Anyone can talk to the IRD about their own tax affairs.  Remember - if you owe them money you will be obliged to pay it.  The IRD suggest you speak to an accountant or tax agent such as ourselves.

You will require the start and finish dates, and the names of all your employers.  Wage slips are great if you have them, but we should be able to gather this information for you.

What if I have left NZ?

Please provide a copy of the boarding pass and a copy of you passport showing  the exit stamp as well as your details.
